If asked how I found Dave and Helen I would have to say some sort of angel led me to them as I was at a loss as to where to go for help. I have two seven year old dogs who without us knowing had become very unhappy after a house move. We only realised there was a problem when the neighbours complained that the dogs were barking all day when we were at work. I found Helen and Dave on the internet, sent an email asking for help and got a phone call from Dave the next day. Dave and Helen came to see the dogs and it was agreed that Dave would come in to the dogs to let them out. After a few weeks it became obvious that the barking was the least of our problems and the fact was our dogs were very unhappy. A quick phone call to Helen and an appointment was made for a consultation. During the consultation Helen explained clearly and honestly what the problems were and what we needed to do to help our dogs. Now two months down the line and yes the barking has stopped but the biggest thing of all. My dogs are happy, happier than they have ever been. I don't think I could put into words how thankful I am to Helen and Dave for the help they have given me. I know they are always at the end of the phone if I need them and believe me I called a number of times at the beginning most of the time on the brink of tears, but I was soon put back on track. Helen and Dave are two of the kindest people I have ever met, they are brilliant with my dogs. I would definitely sing their praise from the rooftops any day of the week.
